摘  要:针对大功率电子枪电源全桥整流加LC滤波的整流结构,电网端电流存在相角位移和波形畸变的问题。采用高频功率因数校正(PFC)技术,将单周期控制理论与三相Vienna整流器结合,实现三相均流设计,减少电子枪电源对电网的谐波污染。采样回路使用LEM霍尔进行隔离采样,降低了系统共地干扰,在不影响电源输出纹波的前提下优化了电子枪电源的电能质量。This article uses high-frequency power conversion power factor correction technology to solve the problem of phase displacement and waveform distortion in the power grid terminal current caused by the full bridge rectification and LC filtering rectification structure of high-power electron gun power supply.Based on a three-phase Vienna rectifier,a single cycle control mode is used to reduce the pollution of the electron gun power supply to the power grid.The sampling circuit uses LEM Hall for isolation sampling,reducing system common ground interference.The power quality of the electron gun power supply was optimized without affecting the output ripple of the power supply.
