低温环境下大型风力发电机结构件材料的改进与示范应用可行性研究

摘  要:通过分析低温环境下大型风力发电机结构件材料性能影响因素,并与常温环境下的材料性能进行对比,研究了低温环境对大型风力发电机结构件材料性能的影响规律和主要影响因素。结果表明,低温环境下大型风力发电机结构件材料主要受力学性能和电学性能的影响;大型风力发电机结构件材料性能与其所在地区的温度密切相关。By analyzing the influence factors of the material properties of large-scale wind turbine structure parts in low temperature environment,and comparing with the material properties in normal temperature environment,the influence law and main influence factors of low temperature environment on the material properties of large-scale wind turbine structure parts are studied.The results show that the mechanical properties and electrical properties of the structural materials of large-scale wind turbines are mainly affected by the low temperature environment.The material properties of large-scale wind turbine structure is closely related to the temperature of its location.
