摘 要:考虑到能源消耗需求规模与进出口的便利性、经济性,我国石油化工园区选址大多选择在沿海、沿江的经济发达省份,这些省份存在能源消耗大、人口密度高、企业密集的特点。一旦发生危化品泄漏、火灾、爆炸事故,造成的人员及财产损失将是巨大的。为了降低和避免各种火灾爆炸事故中人员和财产损失,研发可以逼真地模拟真实火灾爆炸事故中的火焰、高温、浓烟、爆燃等灾害的装置,以提高消防救援人员的综合素质,降低和避免真实灾害中的财产损失和人员伤亡。Considering the scale of energy consumption demand and the convenience and economy of import and export,most of the locations of China′s petrochemical industrial parks are chosen in the economically developed provinces along the coast and river,these provinces are characterized by high energy consumption,high population density and enterprise density.Once the dangerous chemical leakage,fire,explosion accidents,resulting in human and property losses will be enormous.In order to reduce and avoid personnel and property losses in various fire and explosion accidents,have developed devices that can realistically simulate disasters such as flames,high temperatures,thick smoke,and explosions in real fire and explosion accidents,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of firefighting and rescue personnel,reduce and avoid property losses and casualties in real disasters.
