摘 要:为制得一种高耐久、低p H值且能够对裂隙和碎岩有效支护的密封/加固材料,以偏高岭土为前驱体原材料,磷酸和磷酸二氢铝(ADP)为激发剂制备了磷酸基地质聚合物。分析了地质聚合物试样的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并检测不同温度煅烧后试样的抗压强度及相应物相和微观形貌的变化,以评价其耐高温性能。结果表明,磷酸基地质聚合物具有较好的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性,在10%硫酸钠溶液中浸泡不同龄期后抗压抗蚀系数均高于1.0。此外,地质聚合物具有良好的耐高温性能,经150℃煅烧1 h后,A100试样的抗压强度较煅烧前增加30.4%,经1 050℃煅烧1 h后不同组别试样的抗压强度仍保持在15 MPa以上。In order to obtain a sealing/reinforcement material with high durability,low pH and effectively supporting function to fissures and fractured rock,phosphate-based geopolymers were prepared using metakaolin as the precursor raw material,phosphoric acid and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as the activators.The sulfate attack resistance of geopolymer samples was analyzed,and the compressive strength,corresponding phase and microstructural changes of the samples under different temperatures were measured to evaluate their high-temperature resistance.The results showed that phosphate-based geopolymers exhibited good attack sulfate resistance,with the compressive strength erosion resistance coefficients of geopolymer samples soaked in 10%sodium sulfate solution both higher than 1.0.Additionally,they demonstrated excellent high-temperature resistance,the compressive strength of A100 sample after calcination at 150℃for 1 h increased by 30.4%compared with that before calcination,while the compressive strength of different groups of samples remained above 15 MPa after calcination at 1050℃for 1 h.
