摘　　要：为降低防火涂料的成本,实现绿色环保,本试验制备了一种环保聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVF)及其钢结构防火涂料,研究了PVF加入量对防火涂料理化性能和防火性能的影响,并分析了其耐火机理。结果表明,当聚乙烯醇与甲醛质量比为5.7∶3.5时,加入2%左右尿素和0.2%左右过氧化氢制备环保PVF,甲醛含量符合GB 18582—2020的规定;PVF与涂层的黏结强度呈正相关,能增强涂层的黏结强度,对涂层的基本性能无影响,对涂层耐火性能有显著影响。涂层钢板平均温度随PVF加入量的增加呈先降低后增加趋势,加入7%~13%的PVF,涂层发泡厚度大于3.3cm,涂层背面温度小于300℃,PVF加入量为10%时,涂层背面温度温度最低,为220℃。PVF在297.3℃左右发生热解,相变结束时残碳量约为23.8%,两者受热均产生大量阻燃气体,在涂层中主要起气源和少量碳源作用,具有较好的黏结性和成膜性能。In order to reduce the cost of fireproof coatings and achieve green environmental protection,a kind of environment-friendly polyvinyl formaldehyde(PVF)and its fireproof coating for steel structure were prepared.The effect of PVF addition on the physicochemical and fireproof properties of the coatings was studied,and the fire resistance mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PVA to formaldehyde was 5.7∶3.5,adding about 2%urea and 0.2%hydrogen peroxide,the environmental protection PVF was prepared,and the formaldehyde content was in line with GB 18582—2020.PVF is positively correlated with the bond strength of the coating,and can enhance the bond strength of the coating,but has no effect on the basic properties of the coating,and has a significant effect on the fire resistance of the coating.The average temperature of the coated steel plate decreases first and then increases with the increase of the amount of PVF.When 7%-13%PVF was added,the foam thickness of the coating was greater than 3.3 cm,the temperature of the coating back was less than 300℃,and the minimum temperature was 220℃when adding 10%PVF.The pyrolysis of PVF occurs at about 297.3℃,and the residual carbon content at the end of phase transformation was about 23.8%.Both of them produce a large amount of flame retardant gas when heated,which mainly acts as gas source and a small amount of carbon source in the coating,PVF has good adhesion and film forming properties.
