摘 要:为探究不同保温工艺对莫来石刚玉陶瓷的性能影响,以铝矾土和煤矸石为原料,按照60%铝矾土和40%煤矸石的质量比混料制备A_(3)S_(2)(3A_(l)2O_(3)·2Si O_(2))/A_(l)2O_(3)陶瓷胚体。采用高温段恒定保温和高低温段分段保温的保温方式烧结制备莫来石刚玉陶瓷,对比分析制得陶瓷样品的体积密度、气孔率和抗折强度的变化趋势,并用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对陶瓷样品的物相及微观形貌进行表征。结果表明,高低温分段保温制得的A_(3)S_(2)/A_(l)2O_(3)陶瓷性能优于高温段恒定保温制备的陶瓷性能,当高温段为1350℃时,A、A1、A2保温工艺制得的试样抗折强度分别为37.86、68.52、79.86 MPa,A1与A2的抗折强度远高于A。这是因为低温段恒定保温可使原料中的吸热反应进行完全,矿物充分转变为氧化物在高温段进行固相反应,使陶瓷性能更优,其中A2试样性能最优,当高温段为1350℃时,A2试样体积密度为2.23 g/cm^(3),气孔率为0.26%,抗折强度为79.86 MPa。To explore the influence of different insulation processes on the performance of mullite/corundum ceramics,using bauxite and coal gangue as raw materials,A_(3)S_(2)(3A_(l)2O_(3)·2SiO_(2))/A_(l)2O_(3) ceramic embryo was prepared according to the mass ratio of 60%bauxite and 40%coal gangue.mullite/corundum ceramics were prepared by sintering with the method of constant insulation in high temperature section and fractional insulation in high and low temperature section.The change trend of bulk density,porosity and flexural strength of the prepared ceramic samples were compared and analyzed.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the phase and microstructure of the ceramic samples.The results show that the performance of A_(3)S_(2)/A_(l)2O_(3) ceramic prepared by high and low temperature insulation is better than that prepared by constant insulation at high temperature.When the high temperature section was 1350℃,the flexural strength of the samples obtained by the insulation process of A,A1 and A2 is 37.86,68.52 and 79.86 MPa,and the flexural strength of A1 and A2 is much higher than that of A.The main reason is that the constant insulation in the low temperature section can make the endothermic reaction in the raw material complete,and the mineral is fully transformed into the oxide for solid phase reaction in the high temperature section,so as to obtain better ceramic properties,and the ceramic samples prepared by A2 segmented insulation process are optimal,when the high temperature section was 1350℃,the volume density of A2 sample is 2.23 g/cm^(3),the porosity is 0.26%,and the flexural strength is 79.86 MPa.
