摘 要:为实现“双碳”目标,推动大宗固废的资源化利用,以豫西某地花岗岩尾料为主要原料,通过磨矿分级、磁选、浮选和酸浸等工序实现了花岗岩尾料中长石与石英的有效分离,探讨了磨矿细度、磁感应强度、酸浓度等因素对铁质去除率的影响。结果表明,通过脱泥-磁选-浮选-浸出工艺流程,可获得Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数为0.34%,K_(2)O与Na_(2)O总质量分数为12.81%,两者回收率均大于80%,白度为68.5%的长石产品和SiO_(2)质量分数为99.35%,Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数为0.015%的石英产品,长石产品符合陶瓷、玻璃、涂料行业高附加值钾钠长石类尾料制品等标准(JC/T 859—2020《釉料用钾长石粉》和JC/T 875—2001《平板玻璃用长石》)要求。本研究对利用花岗岩尾矿生产高白、低游离硅长石具有借鉴意义。To achieve the“dual carbon”goal and promote the resource utilization of bulk solid waste,in this manuscript,taking granite tailings in western Henan as the main raw material,the effective separation of feldspar from quartz in granite tailings was realized through the processes of grinding classification,magnetic separation,flotation and acid leaching.Besides,the effects of grinding fineness,magnetic separation intensity and acid concentration on the removal of iron impurities were investigated.The results show that through the technological process of deslimingmagnetic separation-flotation-leaching process,feldspar products with Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.34%,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O content of 12.81%,recovery rate above 80%,whiteness of 68.5%and quartz products with SiO_(2) content of 99.35%and Fe_(2)O_(3) content of 0.015%can be obtained.The feldspar products meet the requicements of high value-added potassium-sodium feldspar tail products in ceramics,glass and coating industries(JC/T 2507—2019"potassium feldspar powder for glaze",JC/T 875—2001"feldspar for flat glass").This research has reference significance for the use of granite tailings to produce high white and low free silicon.
