摘 要:为提升菱铁尾矿活性从而实现大宗化综合利用,采用机械力-热复合活化工艺激发菱铁尾矿活性,研究活化工艺对活性的影响,然后用活化菱铁尾矿制备胶凝材料,研究菱铁尾矿掺量对其性能的影响,最后用菱铁尾矿细骨料、矿山废石粗骨料、活化菱铁尾矿制备高性能混凝土。结果表明,菱铁尾矿700℃煅烧40 min后球磨60 min,活化效果最好,火山灰活性指数(PAI)值为0.77;用活化菱铁尾矿代替矿渣作胶凝材料,当菱铁尾矿掺量为20%时,试块28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为33.16 MPa和4.89 MPa;在菱铁尾矿掺量大于30%,固废利用率大于80%的条件下,所制混凝土的28 d抗压强度高达52.9 MPa。In order to improve the activity of siderite tailings so as to achieve bulk comprehensive utilization,a mechanic-thermal composite activation process was used to stimulate the activity of siderite tailings to study the influence of activation process on activity.The activated siderite tailings were used to prepare cementitious materials to invesgate the influence of siderite tailings content on its performance.The siderite tailings fine aggregate,mine waste aggregate and activated siderite tailings were used to prepare high-performance concrete.The results showed that the siderite tailings calcined at 700℃for 40 min after ball milling for 60 min had the best activation effect,the PAI value was 0.77.When the siderite tailings content was 20%,the 28 d compressive and flexural strength of cementitious materials were 33.16 MPa and 4.89 MPa,respectively.The 28 d compressive strength of the prepared concrete was up to 52.9 MPa when the siderite tailings content exceeded 30%and the solid waste ratio exceeded 80%.
