摘  要:在长约50 km的深中通道沉管隧道工程中,沉管浮运是工程中的关键环节,其浮运时间长,航道环境复杂,控制难度大。为确保在各种航道条件下的安全浮运,研发了基于运安一体船的钢壳沉管浮运测控系统,集成了数字化、可视化技术,实时显示沉管位置和航行参数。此系统引入了先进的海上导航技术,并在深中通道沉管浮运中得到成功应用。通过测控系统,指挥和操作人员可以实时掌握沉管位置和浮运参数,从而高效、安全地完成浮运。不仅提高了施工效率、降低成本,还为未来类似工程提供了宝贵的参考。The transportation of immersed tubes is a pivotal phase in immersed tunnel projects,involving the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link spanning approximately 50 km.Its floating transportation time is long,the waterway environment is complex,and the control is difficult.To ensure safe floating transportation under diverse waterway conditions,a floating measurement and control system for transporting steel-shell immersed tubes based on an integrated barge for transportation and installation was developed,which integrates digital and visual technologies to display of the tube's position and navigation parameters in real time.This system has introduced advanced marine navigation technology and has been successfully applied in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link immersed tube transportation.Through this system,commanders and operators can monitor the tube's realtime position and floating transportation parameters,so as to complete the floating transportation efficiently and safely.This technology has improved construction efficiency,reduces costs,and provided valuable reference for future similar projects.
