摘  要:深中通道E23管节及最终接头为异形管节,管节前后重力分配不均,为确保E23管节及最终接头多工况下的管节姿态安全,需要根据不同工况下的施工特点,研究制定出异形管节相应1号—9号压载水箱的调平配载;为保证异形沉管浮运期间船管连接安全,通过在E23管节内中山侧左、右车道封门与1号、2号水箱封堵之间打设部分压舱混凝土方案代替水箱压载调平方案,有效降低异形管节1号、2号水箱的调平液面高度,保证了船管浮运安全。The E23 pipe segment and final joint of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link are special-shaped pipe segments,with uneven distribution of gravity in the front and rear parts of the pipe segment.To ensure the safe posture of the E23 pipe segment and final joint under multiple working conditions,it is necessary to study and formulate the leveling and loading of the corresponding No.1 to No.9 ballast water tanks for the special-shaped pipe segment based on the construction characteristics under different working conditions;To ensure the safety of the ship's pipe connection during the floating transportation of the special-shaped pipe segment,a partial ballast concrete scheme was installed between the left and right lane sealing doors on the Zhongshan side of the E23 pipe segment and the sealing of the No.1 and No.2 water tanks instead of the water tank ballast leveling scheme,effectively reducing the leveling liquid level of the No.1 and No.2 water tanks of the special-shaped pipe segment,and ensuring the safety of the ship's pipe floating transportation.
