摘 要:基于深中通道西人工岛岛桥结合部非通航孔桥的施工实践,结合项目和施工区域特点,特别是挤密砂桩复合地基条件,介绍了深水组合钢板桩围堰施工工艺的技术要点,并对关键工序进行了针对性的研究。同时根据围堰实时监测情况,分析结构受力和变形原因,保障了围堰堵漏、抽水至使用阶段的安全平稳。该施工技术的实施,验证了深水组合钢板桩工艺的可行性,并具有一定的推广价值。Based on the construction practice of the non-navigable bridge at the junction of the island and bridge on the west artificial island of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,this paper introduces the technical key points of the construction process of the deep-water composite steel sheet pile cofferdam in combination with the characteristics of the project and the construction area,especially the conditions of the compacted sand pile composite foundation,and conducts targeted research on the key processes.At the same time,according to the real-time monitoring of the cofferdam,the causes of structural stress and deformation were analyzed to ensure the safety and stability of the cofferdam from plugging,pumping to using.The implementation of the construction technology has verified the feasibility of the deep-water composite steel sheet pile technology,and has certain popularization value.
