摘　　要：杭州运河万科中心是一个典型的产业地产项目,在投资回报、收益最大化的要求,以及较为严苛的设计条件约束下,建筑师意在将项目的公共性还给城市,以开放园区的方式积极回应土地、社区、城市,真正落实产城融合,实现可持续性。Hangzhou Canal Vanke Center is a typical real estate project.Under the requirements of maximizing investment and returns,as well as strict design constraints,the architect intends to give its publicness back to the city.The project is designed as an open area to positively responses to the land,the community and the city,and finally implement industry-city integration and achieve sustainability.
