超声冲击处理焊接接头缺口应力集中系数研究

摘  要:基于ABAQUS有限元分析,将钢十字形焊接接头形状参数和超声冲击参数与缺口应力集中系数建立直接联系,分析不同参数组合下超声冲击处理效果以及冲击后缺口应力集中系数的变化,拟合得到焊接接头超声冲击处理后缺口半径ρ、凹槽深度h、缺口应力集中系数K_(t)的计算公式。结果表明,该公式拟合程度较好,可用于预测超声冲击处理后十字形钢焊接接头的缺口应力集中系数。Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis,a direct relationship between the shape parameters and ultrasonic impact parameters of the steel cruciform welded joint and the notch stress concentration factor was established.The effect of ultrasonic impact treatment under different parameter combinations and the influence of the notch stress concentration factor after impact were analyzed,and the calculation formulas for the notch radiusρ,notch depth h,and notch stress concentration factor Ktof the welded joint after ultrasonic impact treatment were fitted.The results show that the formula fits well and can be used to predict the notch stress concentration factor of cruciform welded joints after ultrasonic impact treatment.
