自拟石翁止泻丸对腹泻犬脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：为研究自拟中药石翁止泻丸对腹泻犬的甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的影响。选择18只公母各半的6月龄左右中华田园犬,其中12只用番泻叶水煎液建立腹泻模型,分成石翁止泻丸组和腹泻组,石翁止泻丸组经口给药7 d,每日2丸,腹泻组不给药。另设空白对照组6只。在给药第0、1、4、7天进行颈静脉采血,测定血清中的TG、TC、HDL和LDL并分析其数值变化。结果可知,石翁止泻丸使腹泻犬粪便含水量和外观恢复正常,石翁止泻丸对腹泻犬TG、HDL和LDL的含量没有明显影响,但TC的含量显著减少。通过该试验可得自拟中药石翁止泻丸对腹泻犬有一定的积极治疗效果,还有一定的降胆固醇作用。To study the effects of self-prepared traditional Chinese medicine Shiweng Zhixie pills on triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL)in dogs with diarrhea.Twelve of 186-month-old Chinese rural dogs were divided into Shiweng Zhixie pill group and diarrhea group with senna decoction.Shiweng Zhixie pill group was orally administered with 2 pills a day for 7 days,while diarrhea group was not given any medicine.There were also 6 blank control group.Blood samples were collected from jugular vein at 0,1,4 and 7 days after administration,and TG,TC,HDL and LDL in serum were measured and their values were analyzed.The results showed that Shiweng Zhixie Pills had no significant effect on the contents of TG,HDL and LDL in dogs with diarrhea,but the content of TC was significantly reduced.The water content and appearance of feces of dogs with diarrhea returned to normal.Through this experiment,it can be concluded that the self-prepared Chinese medicine Shiweng antidiarrheal pill has a certain positive therapeutic effect on diarrhea dogs,and has a certain lipid-lowering effect.
