盐酸环丙沙星不同给药途径对牛胃肠炎的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：为探讨对盐酸环丙沙星不同给药途径对牛胃肠炎的治疗效果。按照盐酸环丙沙星不同给药途径将2022年6月—2023年6月期间收治的128例患有胃肠炎的病牛分为口服组、肌肉注射组、静脉注射组以及瓣胃注射组,每组各32例。观察4组病牛治疗效果、纤毛虫总数以及纤毛虫活力。瓣胃注射组的治疗总有效率最高,且与其他3组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后瓣胃注射组的纤毛虫总数大于其他3组,且纤毛虫活力高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。瓣胃注射组不良反应发生率与其他3组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在牛胃肠炎的治疗中,对盐酸环丙沙星采用瓣胃注射法的治疗效果较好,对纤毛虫影响较小且安全性较高,适合在临床上推广。To investigate the therapeutic effect of different administration routes of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride on bovine gastroenteritis.According to different administration routes of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,128 cases of sick cattle with gastroenteritis during June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into oral group,intramuscular injection group,intravenous injection group and valve stomach injection group,with 32 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,the total number of ciliates and the activity of ciliates in 4 groups of sick cattle were observed.The total effective rate of omasogastric injection group was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the other three groups(P<0.05).The total number of ciliates in the flap stomach group was larger than that in the other three groups,and the ciliate vitality was higher than that in the other three groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the flap gastric injection group was significant compared with the other 3 groups(P<0.05).In the treatment of bovine gastroenteritis,the effect of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride injection is better,the effect on ciliates is less and the safety is higher,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
