摘　　要：烯酰吗啉是我国目前普遍使用的杀菌剂之一,对食用农产品中真菌引起的病害具有显著的防治效果。本文总结了食用农产品中烯酰吗啉的液相色谱-质谱联用法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱法、酶联免疫法和胶体金免疫层析法等检测方法,为烯酰吗啉的检测和新检测方法的开发提供参考依据。Dimethomorph is one of the commonly used fungicides in China,which has a significant effect on fungi in edible agricultural products.The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the various techniques used for detecting dimethomorph in edible agricultural products,such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and colloidal gold immunoassay.This information can serve as a guide for those involved in dimethomorph detection and the creation of novel detection methods.
