中西方审美共性维度下的太极拳审美文化研究

摘  要:文章运用文献资料法、对比研究法、调查法等研究方法,从中西方审美文化比较的维度探讨太极拳的审美文化,从审美的角度看,太极拳是用肢体来表现的视觉艺术。练习太极拳的前提是习练者要有一个虚静空明的心胸,于“气”“象”“有”“无”“虚”“实”中观道、体道,符合中国传统美学“涤除玄鉴”和西方美学“抑肉伸灵、收心内视”的审美体验。太极拳的这种独特审美观照体现了中西方美学审美文化的共性特征,也是太极拳能为世界各民族人民所普遍欣赏接受的根本原因。In this paper,the aesthetic culture of taijiquan is explored from the latitude of the comparison between the aesthetic culture of China and the West by using research methods such as literature method,comparative research method and survey method,etc.From the perspective of aesthetics,taijiquan is a visual art which is expressed by the limbs.The prerequisite for practicing Taijiquan is that the practitioner should have a mind that is quiet and empty,and should have a mind that is free from"qi","image","existence","nothingness"and"emptiness".It is in line with the traditional Chinese aesthetics of"purging the mystery"and the western aesthetics of"suppressing the flesh and stretching the spirit,collecting the heart and looking inward".This unique aesthetic view of Taijiquan reflects the common characteristics of Chinese and Western aesthetics and culture,and it is also the fundamental reason why Taijiquan can be universally appreciated and accepted by people of all nationalities in the world.
