摘 要:文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对高校武术散打课程中女生常见的心理问题进行分析,揭示其心理障碍成因,并提出相应的改善方法。研究认为:高校女生对武术散打运动的了解程度、性质认识、参与兴趣、学习目的和体育基础等情况与其心理障碍有关,武术散打的项目特点、高校女生生理和心理特点等与其产生心理障碍有关。建议:提高高校女生对武术散打的项目认知;创设安全的学练环境;制订差异化的学习目标等,以提高高校女生学练武术散打课程的积极性和主动性。The literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and logical analysis method were used to analyze the common psychological problems of girls in college wushu sanda courses,reveal the causes of psychological disorders,and propose corresponding improvement methods.The study believes that the degree of understanding,nature awareness,participation interest,learning purpose and sports foundation of college girls in wushu sanda are related to their psychological disorders,and the characteristics of wushu sanda projects and the physiological and psychological characteristics of college girls are the reasons for their psychological disorders.Recommendations:Improve girls'awareness of wushu sanda programs among college girls;Create a safe learning environment;Formulate differentiated learning goals,etc.,to realize the enthusiasm and initiative of female students in the study and training of wushu sanda courses in colleges and universities.
