摘 要:文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法等研究方法,解析民族传统体育养生课程融入高等医学院校课程思政育人内涵,通过问卷调查、案例分析等方式探究民族传统体育养生课程思政在医学专业学生中的育人价值和课程思政育人路径。研究发现,民族传统体育养生融入课程思政主要在提高身体素质、培养愚公精神、激发竞赛意识、汲取中华优秀传统文化、保持心理健康等五个方面对医学生产生相应的育人作用,课程思政育人路径注重课上与课下、线上与线下的实效性。By using research methods such as literature review and on-site investigation,this paper analyzes the connotation of integrating traditional sports and health preservation into the ideological and political education of higher medical college courses.Through questionnaire surveys,case studies,and other methods,it explores the educational value and path of traditional sports and health preservation courses in the ideological and political education of medical students.Research has found that the integration of traditional sports and health preservation into curriculum ideological and political education mainly has corresponding educational effects on medical students from five aspects:improving physical fitness,cultivating the spirit of the fool,stimulating competition awareness,absorbing excellent traditional Chinese culture,and maintaining mental health.The curriculum ideological and political education path emphasizes the effectiveness of both in and out of class,online and offline.
