我国竞技体育高质量发展的内涵特征、现实困境与行动路径

摘　　要：高质量发展是新发展阶段我国竞技体育发展的目标指向。研究认为,我国竞技体育高质量发展的现实困境主要有:治理现代化建设尚未完成制约着竞技体育高效发展、运动项目布局不合理阻碍竞技体育全面发展、资源供给和配置问题限制着竞技体育持续发展、科研水平影响着竞技体育充分发展、发展方式协同不足制约着竞技体育健康发展。在此基础上,以新发展理念为指引提出我国竞技体育高质量发展的行动路径:以创新引领发展,增强竞技体育发展的驱动力;以协调发展为要求,提高竞技体育发展的协同力;以绿色发展为引领,提升竞技体育发展的持续力;以开放发展为导向,夯实竞技体育发展的竞争力;以共享发展为目的,强化竞技体育发展的贡献力。High quality development is the goal direction of China's competitive sports development in the new stage of development..Research suggests that the current difficulties in the high-quality development of competitive sports in China are mainly as follows:the unfinished modernization of governance restricts the efficient development of competitive sports,the unreasonable layout of sports projects hinders the comprehensive development of competitive sports,resource supply and allocation problems restrict the sustainable development of competitive sports,the need to improve scientific research level still affects the full development of competitive sports,and the lack of coordination in development methods restricts the healthy development of competitive sports.On this basis,with the guidance of the new development concept,the author puts forward the advancing path of the high-quality development of our country's competitive sports:Taking the innovation development as the lead,strengthening the driving force of the development of competitive sports,taking the coordinated development as the requirement,to enhance the synergy of the development of competitive sports;to promote the sustainability of the development of competitive sports by taking the green development as the lead;to take the open development as the direction,to consolidate the competitiveness of the development of competitive sports;to take the shared development as the aim,strengthen the contribution of competitive sports development.
