摘 要:涂装质量会极大影响汽车的市场竞争力,传统目视检查方法效率较低,且受作业者个人经验和主观影响较大。为提高涂装车间的自动化水平,采用机器视觉技术和相位偏折法对涂装缺陷检查进行研究,分析隧道式和机械手式2种涂装缺陷自动检查设备的方案及优缺点,并讨论检查作业许可证、大尺寸显示屏、平板电脑3种缺陷数据反馈方式的应用。The quality of coating greatly affects the market competitiveness of automobiles.The traditional visual inspection method is low in efficiency and greatly affected by the personal experience and subjectivity of the operator.In order to improve the automation level of painting workshop,the machine vision technology and phase-measuring deflectometry method used in coating defect inspection are studied,and the schemes of tunnel type and manipulator type automatic coating defect inspection equipment,as well as their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The paper also discusses the application of three defect data feedback methods:inspection job ticket,large display screen and tablet computer.
