带毡纤维织物用于风电叶片生产的试验研究

摘  要:随着风电叶片向大型化发展,风电叶片铺层工艺的难度逐渐增加,采用预缝合等方式可减少铺层难度。分析带毡纤维织物在工艺使用过程中可能存在的风险,并验证其风险程度。结果表明,带毡纤维织物反铺不会影响纤维织物间的结合性能;带毡纤维织物对织物的浸润性影响较小,会增加导流速度;油漆覆盖测试显示,带毡纤维织物的使用不会影响油漆对叶片表面的遮盖力。With the development of large-scale wind turbine blades,the difficulty of wind turbine blade layup technology has gradually increased.The use of pre-stitching and other methods can reduce the layup difficulty.This paper analyzes the possible risks of felt fiber fabric in the process of use,and verifies the risk degree.The results show that the bonding properties of felt fiber fabrics will not be affected by the reverse layup in the process.The felt fiber fabric has little influence on the wettability of the fabric,and the diversion speed increases.The paint covering test shows that the use of felt fiber fabric does not affect the covering power of paint on the blade surface.
