摘　　要：本文通过对赤狐肠道微生物进行分离鉴定与药敏分析,研究其肠道微生物的多样性以及抗生素的耐药性。基于16S rRNA基因测序鉴定技术,从赤狐的肠道样本中分离纯化鉴定出多种微生物,包括桂林不动杆菌(Acinetobacter guillouiae)、分叉肉杆菌(Carnobacterium divergens)、麦芽香肉杆菌(Carnobacterium maltaromaticum)、坚强芽孢杆菌(Cytobacillus firmus)、粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)及浅黄假单胞菌(Pseudomonas luteola)等。同时,通过药敏试验发现,这6种菌株对3~11种不等的抗生素表现出耐药性,其中,桂林不动杆菌、分叉肉杆菌以及粪肠球菌可耐受8种以上的抗生素,麦芽香肉杆菌可耐受的抗生素种类较少。本研究为深入了解赤狐肠道微生物及其抗生素耐药性提供了参考。The isolation and identification of intestinal microorganisms and drug sensitivity analysis were performed to study the diversity of intestinal microorganisms and antibiotic resistance in red foxes.Based on the 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology,a variety of microorganisms were isolated and purified from the intestinal samples of red foxes,including Acinetobacter guillouiae,Carnobacterium diversions,Carnobacterium maltaromaticum,Cytobacillus firmus,Enterococcus faecalis,Pseudomonas luteola and others;At the same time,through drug sensitivity tests,it was found that these six strains exhibited resistance to antibiotics ranging from 3 to 11.Among them,Acinetobacter guilin,Sarcococcus bifidus and Enterococcus can tolerate more than 8 kinds of antibiotics.There are fewer types of antibiotics that can be tolerated by Bacillus maltosum.This study provides valuable insights into the gut microbiota and antibiotic resistance profiles of red foxes.
