摘 要:面对新质作战力量的涌现,军事信息系统的建设需要顺势、应时、识变,这给军事信息系统按时按质交付带来挑战。基于软件工程化思想原则,分析了军事信息系统需求工程的过程和特点,并确立了需求管理需要在全寿周期开展。敏捷方法是一种拥抱变化的新型研发模式,有助于解决军事信息系统全寿周期、尤其是研发过程中的需求变更管理难题。设计了基于敏捷方法的全寿周期需求管理方案,综合运用多种敏捷工具实现各阶段需求控制和基线管理。最后提出一些敏捷实践建议,供相关单位参考。With the emergence of new combat forces,the construction of military information system needs to follow the trend,to be adapting to the times and to recognize the change,which will bring great challenges for the delivery of the military information system as scheduled with high quality.The process and features of military information system requirement engineering is analyzed based on the principles of software engineering ideology,and the requirements management is established to be carried out throughout the whole life cycle.Agile method is a new kind of development mode which embraces changes,and it helps to deal with the problem of requirement change management of military information system,especially in the development process.The whole life cycle requirements management based on agile methodology is designed,and multiple kinds of agile tools are comprehensively applied to achieve requirement control and baseline management in each development phase.Finally,some suggestions for agile practices are proposed for the related organizations to make references.
