摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出仙茅功效主要为:补肾阳,强筋骨,祛寒湿。症靶为抑郁状态、阳痿、月经失调等。标靶为精子活力、精子密度下降。现代药理研究发现仙茅及其有效成分具有抗抑郁、调节生殖系统功能、改善精子的数量和活动度等作用。临床仙茅使用剂量为5~30 g,内服时当辨证使用,并积极探索仙茅用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of renowned experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceutical fields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that common curculigo rhizome mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve tonifying kidney yang,strengthening muscles and bones,and dispelling cold and dampness.Its symptom targets are depression state,impotence,menstrual disorders,etc.,while its biochemical indicator targets include decreased sperm motility and sperm density.Modern pharmacological studies have found that common curculigo rhizome and its active ingredients can perform the effects of resisting depression,regulating the function of reproductive system,and improving the number and activity of sperm.Its clinical dosage range is 5-30g.When taken orally,it should be used in accordance with syndrome differentiation,and it is advisable to explore and construct the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets.
