摘　　要：目的:探讨90锶-90钇敷贴在瘢痕手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月广元市中心医院收治的瘢痕手术患者60例作为研究对象,以双色球法随机分为对照组(术后给予复方倍他米松注射液干预)与观察组(在对照组基础上给予90锶-90钇敷贴),各30例。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);治疗后,两组温哥华瘢痕量表评分,红斑、硬结、瘙痒症状评分及基质金属蛋白酶-1、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1、Ⅰ型前胶原肽水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规药物干预基础上给予90锶-90钇敷贴应用于瘢痕手术患者中的效果良好,可有效改善患者的瘢痕程度、临床症状及血清因子水平,且不会增加复发率。Objective:To investigate the effect of 90 strontium-90 yttrium application in scar surgery patients.Methods:A total of sixty patients with scar surgery admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(postoperative intervention with compound Betamethasone injection)and observation group(treatment with 90 strontium-90 yttrium applied on the basis of control group)by bicolor sphere method,with thirty cases in each group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);after treatment,the scores of Vancouver scar scale,erythema,induration and pruritus symptoms,and the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1,matrix metalloproteinase-inhibitor-1 and typeⅠprocollagen peptide in two groups were lower than before treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drug inter-vention,the application of 90 strontium-90 yttrium in patients with scar surgery has a good effect,which can effectively improve the degree of scar,clinical symptoms and serum factor levels of patients,and will not increase the recurrence rate.
