唑来膦酸联合鲑降钙素治疗老年性骨质疏松的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析唑来膦酸联合鲑降钙素治疗老年性骨质疏松的效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年1月深圳市盐田区人民医院(集团)健康管理中心老年医学科收治的老年性骨质疏松患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各33例。参照组应用碳酸钙D3治疗,试验组在参照组基础上应用唑来膦酸联合鲑降钙素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、生活质量、骨密度。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组社会功能、情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能、总体生活质量评分高于治疗前,试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组髋部、股骨颈、腰椎骨密度高于治疗前,试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸联合鲑降钙素治疗老年性骨质疏松的效果较好,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,提高髋部、股骨颈、腰椎骨密度及患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of zoledronic acid combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods:A total of sixty-six patients with senile osteoporosis admitted to the Department of Geriatric Medicine,Shenzhen Yantian District People's Hospital(Group)Health Management Center from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with thirty-three patients in each group.The reference group was treated with calcium carbonate D3,and the experimental group was treated with zoledronic acid combined with salmon calcitonin based on the reference group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and bone density of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the scores of social function,emotional function,role function,physical function and overall quality of life of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the bone density of hip,femoral neck and lumbar vertebra in both groups was higher than before treatment,and that in experimental group was higher than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic acid combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile osteoporosis has a good effect,can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients,improve the bone density of hip,femoral neck,lumbar vertebra and the quality of life of patients.
