修正创伤评分指导下多学科团队合作创伤团队一体化急救护理在严重多发性创伤休克患者救护中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究修正创伤评分(RTS)指导下多学科团队合作(MDT)创伤团队一体化急救护理在严重多发性创伤休克患者救护中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2023年6月肇庆市第一人民医院收治的严重多发性创伤休克患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规急救护理干预,观察组给予RTS指导下MDT创伤团队一体化急救护理干预。比较两组患者急救状况、急救结局、急救护理质量评分。结果:观察组入院至确诊、入院至手术、入院至病房时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组急救成功率高于对照组,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理服务、健康教育、岗位职责、信息沟通、候诊环境评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:RTS指导下MDT创伤团队一体化急救护理干预应用于严重多发性创伤休克患者中,能够快速评估患者创伤情况,缩短急救时间,改善患者急救结局,提高急救护理质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary teamwork(MDT)trauma team integrated emergency care under the guidance of modified trauma score(RTS)in the treatment of severe multiple traumatic shock patients.Methods:A total of eighty patients with severe multiple traumatic shock treated in Zhaoqing First People's Hospital from January 2017 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing intervention,and the observation group was given RTS guided MDT trauma team integrated emergency nursing intervention.The first aid status,first aid outcome and quality of first aid nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The time from hospital admission to diagnosis,hospital admission to operation,hospital admission to ward and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the first aid success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nursing service,health education,job responsibility,information communication and waiting environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:MDT trauma team integrated emergency nursing intervention under the guidance of RTS is applied to patients with severe multiple traumatic shock,which can quickly assess the trauma conditions of patients,shorten the first aid time,improve the outcome of patients'first aid,and improve the quality of emergency care.
