摘　　要：目的:探究不同固定方法在血液肿瘤化疗经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管固定中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月粤北人民医院血液科收治的接受PICC置管的肿瘤化疗患者90例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究1、2、3组,各30例。研究1组采用贴膜固定,研究2组采用“C”形固定,研究3组采用“Ω”结合“C”形改良固定法。比较三组导管留置时间、置管舒适度评分、置管护理满意度、PICC置管相关不良事件及并发症发生情况。结果:研究3组导管留置时间长于研究1、2组,研究2组导管留置时间长于研究1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究3组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于研究1、2组,研究2组VAS评分低于研究1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究3组护理态度满意度、护理内容满意度、整体满意度评分高于研究1、2组,研究2组护理态度满意度、护理内容满意度、整体满意度评分高于研究1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究3组PICC置管相关不良事件及并发症发生率低于研究1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用“Ω”结合“C”形改良固定法进行PICC置管固定,可延长血液肿瘤化疗患者导管留置时间,提高置管舒适度和置管护理满意度,同时降低PICC置管相关不良事件及并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of different fixation methods in peripheral central venous catheter(PICC)fixation in blood tumor chemotherapy.Methods:A total of ninety cancer chemotherapy patients receiving PICC catheterization admitted to the Department of Hematology,North Guangdong People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study groups 1,2 and 3 according to random number table method,with thirty cases each.Study group 1 was fixed by film,study group 2 was fixed by"C"shape,and study group 3 was fixed by"Ω"combined with"C"shape modification.The indwelling time,catheterization comfort score,catheterization nursing satisfaction,PICC catheterization related adverse events and complications were compared among the three groups.Results:The catheter retention time in study group 3 was longer than that in study group 1 and 2,and the catheter retention time in study group 2 was longer than that in study group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of study group 3 was lower than that of study groups 1 and 2,and the VAS score of study group 2 was lower than that of study group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing attitude satisfaction,nursing content satisfaction and overall satisfaction of study group 3 were higher than those of study group 1 and 2,and the scores of nursing attitude satisfaction,nursing content satisfaction and overall satisfaction of study group 2 were higher than those of study group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of PICC-related adverse events and complications in study group 3 was lower than that in study group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of"Ω"combined with"C"shape modified fixation method for PICC catheterization can prolong the catheter indwelling time of patients with hematologic tumor chemotherapy,improve the comfort of catheterization an
