基于五行辨证理论的耳穴贴压护理对脑血管介入致迷走神经反射的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察基于五行辨证理论的耳穴贴压护理对脑血管介入致迷走神经反射的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年1月广西桂林市中医医院脑病科行脑血管介入治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规健康教育及综合心理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予五行辨证理论的耳穴贴压护理。比较两组迷走神经反射发生率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:试验组术后迷走神经反射发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034);干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用基于五行辨证理论的耳穴贴压护理,可以有效减少脑血管介入致迷走神经反射的发生,改善患者负性情绪。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point sticking nursing on vagus nerve reflex induced by cerebrovascular intervention based on five-element syndrome differentiation theory.Methods:A total of eighty patients undergoing cerebrovascular interventional therapy in the Department of Encephalopathy of Guangxi Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was given routine health education and comprehensive psychological intervention,and the experimental group was given auricular point sticking nursing based on the five-element syndrome differentiation theory.The incidence of vagal reflex,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of vagal reflex in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034);after intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying auricular point sticking nursing based on five-element syndrome differentiation theory can effectively reduce the occurrence of vagus nerve reflex caused by cerebrovascular intervention and improve patients'negative emotions.
