摘　　要：目的:分析综合心理护理对肛周尖锐湿疣(CA)冷冻治疗患者的影响。方法:选取2024年1—2月于深圳市第三人民医院接受液氮冷冻治疗的肛周CA患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合心理护理。比较两组心理状态、生活质量、复发率。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:将综合心理护理应用于肛周CA冷冻治疗患者中,可改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,降低复发率。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on patients with perianal condyloma acumina-tum(CA)undergoing cryotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with perianal CA who received liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in Shenzhen Third People's Hospital from January to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive psychological nursing based on the control group.The psychologi-cal state,quality of life and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxi-ety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of physiological,psychologi-cal,environmental and social relations between the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:The application of compre-hensive psychological nursing in perianal CA cryotherapy can improve the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate.
