摘 要:目的:研究综合康复护理联合引导式健康教育应用于脑性瘫痪患儿中的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年6月贵港市人民医院收治的脑性瘫痪患儿160例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和联合组,各80例。常规组给予综合康复护理,联合组在常规组基础上联合引导式健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组言语智商、操作智商、全量表智商评分高于干预前,联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组粗大运动功能测试表与精细运动功能测试表评分高于干预前,联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组生理功能、情感功能、社会功能、角色功能评分及总分高于干预前,联合组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患儿家属满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:综合康复护理联合引导式健康教育应用于脑性瘫痪患儿护理中,可以有效提高患儿的智力商数、运动能力、生活质量,家属满意度较高。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with guided health education in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of one hundred and sixty children with cerebral palsy admitted to Guigang People's Hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group and combined group,with eighty cases each.The routine group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the combined group was given guided health education based on the routine group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of verbal IQ,operational IQ and full scale IQ in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of gross motor function test and fine motor function test in two groups were higher than before intervention,and the combined group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores and total scores of physiological function,emotional function,social function and role function of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the combined group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);family satisfaction in the combined group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and guided health education in the nursing of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve the intelligence quotient,athletic ability and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy,and the satisfaction of family members is high.
