新媒体创新创业对大学生就业的影响因素

摘　　要：设计相关调查问卷,运用二元Logistic模型对新时代大学生新媒体创新创业及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明,大学生新媒体创新创业受了解新媒体平台、知晓创新创业政策、了解新媒体创新创业流程及自身对外部环境的判断等因素影响,且呈现出正相关性。家庭所在地及父母最高学历与大学生新媒体创新创业的意愿呈负向影响作用,农村学生相对城市学生更倾向于选择新媒体创新创业,父母学历越高越希望子女从事更稳定的工作,不赞同子女从事新媒体创新创业工作。大学生认为利用新媒体平台创新创业还存在创新创业思想有待提高、存在网络安全隐患、创业内容缺乏创新等不足。高校应多途径提高学生创新创业的思想意识和对新媒体平台创新创业的认知水平。社会及相关新媒体平台应加强网络安全监管,全面保障平台信息安全,促进新媒体平台长远健康发展。The study designs relevant questionnaires,and analyzes the new media innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in the new era and its influencing factors with binary logistic model.The results show that college students’new media innovation and entrepreneurship are influenced by the understanding of new media platforms,understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship policies,understanding of new media innovation and entrepreneurship processes and their own judgment on the external environment,showing positive correlation.The location of the family and the highest education level of parents negatively impact the willingness of college students to innovate and start businesses in new media.Compared with urban students,rural students are more inclined to choose new media innovation and start businesses.The higher the education level of parents is,the more they hope their children to engage in more stable jobs is.They do not agree with their children to engage in new media innovation and start businesses.College students believe that there are shortcomings in the use of new media platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship,i.e.innovation and entrepreneurial ideas need to be improved,network security risks exist,and innovation in entrepreneurial content is lack,etc.Colleges and universities should improve students’ideological awareness and their cognition level of innovation and entrepreneurship on new media platforms in multiple ways.Social and related new media platforms should strengthen network security supervision,comprehensively safeguard platform information security,and promote the long-term and healthy development of new media platforms.
