摘　　要：随着互联网的普及,大学生对互联网的依赖程度日益加深。为探究互联网使用频率与强度对大学生心理特征与行为的具体影响机制,采用线性回归分析法,深入研究互联网使用与大学生积极情绪、开放与好奇心、学习习惯、生活习惯以及社交习惯间的关系。结果显示,适度使用互联网对大学生具有积极影响,如提升积极情绪、增强开放性与好奇心等,引导大学生合理使用互联网时需关注其使用频率与强度的平衡,促进其健康全面发展。With the popularization of the Internet,college students are increasingly dependent on the Internet.In order to explore the specific influence mechanism of the frequency and intensity of Internet use on the psychological characteristics and behaviors of college students,the study deeply analyzes the relationship between Internet use and college students’positive emotions,openness and curiosity,learning habits,living habits and social habits with linear regression analysis method.The results show that the moderate use of the Internet has positive impact on college students,such as enhancing positive emotions,and enhancing openness and curiosity,etc.When guiding college students to use the Internet reasonably,we should pay attention to the balance between the frequency and intensity of its use,so as to promote its healthy and all-round development.
