摘　　要：为探究IP旅游视角下娄底旅游业高质量发展问题,采用案例分析法对娄底旅游区的接待情况、旅游发展数据、山水IP与人文IP资源以及具体的旅游业高质量发展案例进行深入分析。结果表明,娄底旅游区通过打造有特色的旅游IP和提升旅游体验质量有效促进了旅游业的高质量发展,以IP为核心的旅游业发展策略不仅有助于保护和传承自然与文化遗产,也为促进地方经济发展和提升地方品牌形象提供了有效途径。为此,娄底市应进一步加强旅游IP品牌建设与旅游体验质量提升,强化旅游产业链的整合与科技创新,加强旅游业与生态保护融合发展,从而促进娄底旅游业持续高质量发展。In order to explore the high-quality development of Loudi tourism from the perspective of IP tourism,the study conducts in-depth analysis on the reception situation,tourism development data,landscape IP and human IP resources and specific high-quality tourism development cases of Loudi tourism area with case analysis.The results show that Loudi tourism area has effectively promoted the high-quality development of tourism by creating unique tourism IP and improving the quality of tourism experience.This IP-based tourism development strategy not only helps to protect and inherit natural and cultural heritage,but also provides an effective way to promote local economic development and enhance local brand image.Therefore,Loudi City should further strengthen the construction of tourism IP brand,and the quality of tourism experience;strengthen the integration of tourism industry chain,and scientific and technological innovation;and strengthen the sustainable development of tourism and ecological protection,so as to promote the sustained and high-quality development of tourism in Loudi.
