党建引领公立医院“三重一大”决策制度的路径研究

摘　　要：新时代在党的全面领导下,积极贯彻落实“三重一大”决策制度是我国公立医院践行民主集中制的重要体现,对于提高公立医院的现代化管理能力,增强公立医院的医疗服务水平,巩固公立医院党委的领导核心地位起着举足轻重的作用。目前,公立医院党组织在“三重一大”决策制度的实施过程中,存在理解片面、决策议程匆促、监督监管缺位等问题。基于此,从提高思想认识、贯彻落实执行效率和强化监督力度等方面探索党建引领公立医院“三重一大”决策制度的路径,推动公立医院持续、健康、高质量发展。In the new era,under the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China,actively implementing the“Three Centers and One Major”decision-making system is an important manifestation of practicing democratic centralism in public hospitals.It plays a significant role in improving the modern management capabilities of public hospitals,enhancing the level of medical services,and consolidating the core leadership position of the Party committees in public hospitals.Currently,in the implementation process of the“Three Centers and One Major”decision-making system in public hospital party organizations,there are issues such as partial understanding,hasty decision-making agendas,and inadequate supervision.Based on this,this study explores the path of party building leading the“Three Centers and One Major”decision-making system in public hospitals,focusing on improving ideological awareness,implementing execution efficiency,and strengthening supervision.It aims to promote the continuous,healthy,and high-quality development of public hospitals.
