降调节联合中医针灸在激素替代冻融胚胎移植周期中对反复移植失败患者临床结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探究降调节联合中医针灸在激素替代冻融胚胎移植周期中对反复移植失败(RIF)患者临床结局的影响。方法选取30例采用激素替代治疗方案准备子宫内膜的RIF患者,随机分为两组,每组15例。对照组仅采用激素替代治疗和冻融胚胎移植,试验组在对照组基础上使用降调节联合中医针灸治疗。比较两组临床妊娠率、活产率和抱婴率及满意度。结果试验组临床妊娠率、活产率及抱婴率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降调节联合中医针灸在激素替代冻融胚胎移植周期中对RIF患者具有积极的临床结局影响,可以显著提高患者的临床妊娠率、活产率和抱婴率,提高患者满意度,为RIF患者提供了新的治疗选择。Objective To explore the effect of down-regulation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical outcome of patients with repeated failed transplantation(RIF)in the cycle of hormone replacement frozen thawed embryo transfer.Methods 30 RIF patients with endometrial preparation using hormone replacement therapy were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone replacement therapy and freeze-thaw embryo transfer,and the experimental group was treated with down-regulation combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate,infant holding rate and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and infant holding rate of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<o.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of descending regulation and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion has a positive impact on the clinical outcome of RIF patients in the hormone replacement frozen thawed embryo transfer cycle,which can significantly improve the clinical pregnancy rate,live birth rate and baby holding rate of patients,improve patient satisfaction,and provide new treatment options for RIF patients.
