妇科断红饮胶囊治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇科断红饮胶囊和去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法选取本院确诊并接受治疗的150例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,根据给予药物的不同分为两组,各75例。观察组给予妇科断红饮胶囊治疗,对照组给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,比较两组的疗效和不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为94.67%,对照组的总有效率为90.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗3个疗程后的子宫内膜厚度较治疗前均有显著改善,且观察组子宫内膜厚度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗3个疗程后孕酮、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组完全止血时间和出血控制时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科断红饮胶囊治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切,且止血效果更为快速,安全有效,不良反应与西药相比较少,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gynecological Duanhongyin capsules and deoxygecenylestradiol tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 150 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group,based on the different medications administered.The observation group was treated with Gynecological Duanhongyin capsules,while the control group was treated with Deoxypregnenylestradiol Tablets.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two medication methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 90.67%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the improvement in endometrial thickness in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of progesterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complete hemostasis time and bleeding control time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gynecological Duanhongyin Capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and its hemostatic effect is faster,safer,and more effective.Compared with Western medicine,it has fewer adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
