依托咪酯复合舒芬太尼用于宫腔镜检查麻醉的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜检查患者采用依托咪酯复合舒芬太尼的麻醉价值。方法选取30例行宫腔镜检查患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组患者采用依托咪酯(0.2mg/kg)+舒芬太尼(0.1μg/kg)麻醉,观察组患者采用依托咪酯(0.2mg/kg)复合舒芬太尼(0.15μg/kg)麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,依托咪酯用量少于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后苏醒时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉后3min(T_(1))、扩张宫颈时(T_(2))及术毕即刻(T_(3))时观察组SBP、DBP、HR指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组麻醉不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在宫腔镜检查中采用依托咪酯(0.2mg/kg)复合舒芬太尼(0.15μg/kg)麻醉方案可减少麻醉药物用量,维持血流动力学稳定,提升麻醉质量及安全性。Objective To analyze the anesthetic value of etomidate combined with sufentanil in patients undergoing hysteroscopy.Methods 30 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetised with etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)+sufentanil(0.1μg/kg),and the observation group was anesthetised with etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)combined with sufentanil(o.15μg/kg).The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the dosage of etomidate was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).SBP,DBP and HR indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3 min after anesthesia(T_(1)),at the time of cervical dilation(T_(2))and immediately after surgery(T_(3))(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In hysteroscopy,etomidate(0.2 mg/kg)combined with sufentanil(0.15μg/kg)can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs,maintain the stability of hemodynamics,and improve the quality and safety of anesthesia.
