产科临床中无痛分娩技术对初产妇心理的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨产科临床中无痛分娩技术对初产妇心理的影响。方法选取58例经阴道试产的初产妇,随机分为非镇痛组和无痛组,各29例。非镇痛组常规阴道试产,不予以镇痛干预,无痛组在非镇痛组基础上应用无痛分娩技术。对比两组分娩疼痛程度、新生儿评分、产程、产后出血量及负性情绪情况。结果无痛组宫口开至5cm和宫口开全时疼痛评分显著低于非镇痛组(P<0.05)。无痛组分娩时焦虑、抑郁评分均显著低于非镇痛组(P<0.05)。无痛组自然分娩率(100%)显著高于非镇痛组(79.31%),中转剖宫产率(0)显著低于非镇痛组(17.24%)(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩技术可有效减轻产妇分娩疼痛程度,改善负性情绪,有助于提升自然分娩率,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery technology on the psychology of primipara in obstetrics.Methods 58 parturients with vaginal trial labor were randomly divided into non-analgesic group and painless group,29 cases in each group.The non-analgesic group was subjected to conventional vaginal trial labor without analgesic intervention,and the painless group was subjected to painless labor techniques on the basis of the non-analgesic group.The degree of labor pain,neonatal score,labor course,postpartum blood loss and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of opening to 5 cm and opening all time in the painless group were significantly lower than those in the non-analgesic group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the painless group were significantly lower than those in the non-analgesic group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate(100%)in painless group was significantly higher than that in non-analgesic group(79.31%),and the conversion cesarean section rate(0)was significantly lower than that in non-analgesic group(17.24%)(P<o.05).Conclusion Painless delivery technology can effectively reduce the degree of labor pain,reduce the anxiety and other negative emotional reactions,help to improve the rate of natural delivery,clinical application is safe and reliable.
