补血益母丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对人工流产术后患者恢复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补血益母丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇对人工流产术后患者恢复效果的影响。方法选取116例行人工流产术的意外妊娠患者,根据随机抽签法分为研究组与对照组,各58例。对照组无痛人工流产术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补血益母丸治疗。观察随访3个月,比较两组人工流产术后阴道流血时间及阴道出血量、流产前后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平及子宫内膜厚度、流产后首次月经复潮时间及月经量、月经复潮前子宫出血情况。结果研究组阴道流血时间短于对照组,阴道流血量情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流产后2周,研究组血HCG水平低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组首次月经复潮<27~30d、≥28~30d发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组首次月经量情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组月经复潮前异常子宫出血发生率(8.62%)低于对照组(32.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补血益母丸联合屈螺酮炔雌醇在人工流产术后患者中,可有效减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道流血时间,促进血HCG降至正常,促进子宫内膜恢复,建立正常月经周期,降低月经复潮前异常子宫出血的发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Buxue Yimu pill combined with drospiroone ethinylestradiol on recovery after induced abortion patients.Methods 116 unplanned pregnancy patients undergoing induced abortion were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random drawing method,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drospiroone ethinylestradiol after painless induced abortion,and the study group was treated with Buxue Yimu pill on the basis of the control group.Observation and follow-up for 3 months,the two groups were compared after abortion vaginal bleeding time and amount of vaginal bleeding,human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)level and endometrial thickness before and after abortion,the time and amount of first menstruation after abortion,and uterine bleeding before menstruation.Results The vaginal bleeding time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 weeks after abortion,the blood HCG level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was thicker than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of first menstrual rehydration<27~30 days and≥28~30 days(P>0.05).The first menstrual volume of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abnormal uterine bleeding(8.62%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(32.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buxue Yimu pill combined with drospiroone ethoestrone can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,promote blood HCG to normal,promote endometrial recovery,establish normal menstrual cycle,and reduce the incidence of abnormal uterine bleedi
