补肾健脾化瘀法联合来曲唑治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健脾化瘀法联合来曲唑治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍的效果。方法选取80例痰湿型PCOS排卵障碍患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组(n=40)、对照组(n=40)。对照组应用来曲唑治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加以补肾健脾化瘀法治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、生殖激素、卵泡发育及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组抗苗勒管激素、抑制素B水平低于对照组,卵泡个数少于对照组,卵泡直径大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对痰湿型PCOS排卵障碍患者,采取补肾健脾化瘀法联合来曲唑治疗,效果显著,有效调节血清生殖激素水平,促进卵泡发育,且不增加不良反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen,and removing blood stasis combined with letrozole in the treatment of ovulation disorders in phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome(Pcos).Methods 8o patients with phlegm dampness type Pcos ovulation disorders were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)according to the principle of a random number table.The control group was treated with letrozole,while the experimental group was treated with kidney tonifying,spleen strengthening,and blood stasis removing methods on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,reproductive hormones,follicle development,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than the control group's 77.50%(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of anti Mullerian hormone and inhibin B in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the number of follicles was less than that in the control group,and the diameter of follicles was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the ovulation disorders of phlegm dampness type PCOS patients,the combination of tonifying the kidney,strengthening the spleen,and removing blood stasis method with letrozole has a significant effect,effectively regulating serum reproductive hormone levels,promoting follicular development,and not increasing adverse reactions.It is worth promoting.
