康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑应用于盆腔炎患者的疗效。方法选取98例盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各49例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,研究组采用甲硝唑联合康妇炎胶囊治疗。比较两组炎症因子指标。结果治疗后,研究组白介素-2(IL-2)指标高于对照组,白介素-10(IL-10)、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康妇炎胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗盆腔炎患者,可有效改善患者炎症反应,促进患者快速康复,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with metronidazole on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 98 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the study group was treated with metronidazole combined with Kangfuyan capsule.The inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the interleukin-2(IL-2)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the interleukin-10(IL-10)and serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF-a)of the study group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with metronidazole can effectively improve the inflammatory response of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and promote rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
