缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选取80例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,按照治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(实施缩宫素单一药物治疗)与研究组(实施缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗),每组40例。比较两组的产后出血量(2h、24 h)、止血时间及产前、产后24h血红蛋白水平、临床疗效。结果研究组的产后2h、24 h出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产前的血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组的产后24h血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者中实施缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗,能明显减少出血量,缩短止血时间,提升止血效果,改善患者的血红蛋白水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxytocin combined with ergotrine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue were selected and divided into control group(receiving oxytocin monotherapy)and study group(receiving oxytocin combined with ergotrine)according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The amount of postpartum blood loss(2 h,24 h),hemostasis time,prenatal and postnatal 24 h hemoglobin level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the prenatal hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05),but the hemoglobin level at 24 h in the study group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue,the combination of oxytocin and ergotrine can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis,improve the hemostasis effect and improve the hemoglobin level of the patients.
