高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法对顺产产妇会阴侧切切口愈合的作用分析

摘　　要：目的研究顺产产妇会阴侧切切口愈合时采取高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法的价值。方法选取55例顺产且会阴侧切的产妇,根据硬币法分为对照组(28例,单纯实施高锰酸钾坐浴)与研究组(27例,在高锰酸钾坐浴基础上联合冷热疗法),比较两组临床效果。结果研究组切口愈合效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.34±1.05)分低于对照组的(3.24±1.13)分(P<0.05)。结论顺产产妇会阴侧切切口愈合时,采取高锰酸钾坐浴联合冷热疗法能使产妇切口愈合效果提高的同时,显著改善切口疼痛程度。Objective To study the value of potassium permanganate sitz bath combined with heat and cold therapy in the healing of perineal side incision in parturient parturients.Methods 55 cases of parturient parturients with lateral perineal resection were selected and divided into control group(28 cases,potassium permanganate sitz bath alone)and study group(27 cases,combined with hot and cold therapy on the basis of potassium permanganate sitz bath)according to coin method,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group(2.34±1.05)points was lower than that of the control group(3.24±1.13)points(P<0.05).Conclusion When parturient parturient perineal incision healing,taking potassium permanganate sitz bath combined with hot and cold therapy can improve the healing effect of parturient perineal incision healing,and significantly improve the degree of incision pain.
