卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗自然分娩产后出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗自然分娩产后出血的临床效果。方法选取60例自然分娩产后出血产妇,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。两组均给予缩宫素,在此基础上,对照组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,研究组给予卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,比较两组产妇的出血量、凝血功能。结果研究组产后2 h、24 h出血量均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)指标短于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗自然分娩产后出血产妇,不仅可以加强止血效果,还可以改善凝血功能,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbprost methyl ester suppository combined with carbprost tropanol in the treatment of spontaneous postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given oxytocin,on the basis of which,the control group was given carprost tramine,and the study group was given carbprost methyl ester suppository combined with carprost tramine.The blood loss and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum blood loss of 2 h and 24 h in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the indexes of fbrinogen(FIB)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carprost methyl ester suppositant combined with carprost triol can not only strengthen the hemostatic effect,but also improve the coagulation function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
