摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩超诊断未破裂宫外孕患者的临床价值。方法选取40例疑似未破裂宫外孕患者,均接受经腹部彩超、经阴道彩超诊断,比较诊断效果。结果经阴道彩超诊断准确率、敏感度均高于经腹部彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩超诊断胚芽、假孕囊、盆腔积液、附件包块检出率均高于经腹部彩超,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩超诊断能够提高诊断准确率,诊断效能较高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy.Methods 40 suspected unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients were diagnosed by transabdominal and transvaginal color ultrasound,and the diagnostic effect was compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of transvaginal ultrasonography were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasonography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of embryo,false pregnancy sac,pelvic effusion and accessory mass were higher than those of transabdominal color ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.o5).Conclusion Transvaginal color ultrasound diagnosis can improve the diagnostic accuracy,diagnosis efficiency is high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
