舒适护理联合结构式心理干预对异常子宫出血宫腔镜诊治患者应激反应和舒适度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理联合结构式心理干预对异常子宫出血宫腔镜诊治患者应激反应和舒适度的影响。方法选取116例行宫腔镜诊治的异常子宫出血患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组58例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以舒适护理联合结构式心理干预。比较两组心理状态、应激反应及舒适度。结果术后10min观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后10min观察组心率及平均动脉压水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。术后1d观察组舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理联合结构式心理干预应用于异常子宫出血宫腔镜诊治患者中,可缓解其负性情绪,减轻机体应激反应,提高舒适度。Objective To explore the effects of comfort nursing combined with structural psychological intervention on stress response and comfort of patients treated by hysteroscopy for abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 116 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent hysteroscopy were selected and divided into two groups with 58 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comfort nursing combined with structural psychological intervention.The psychological state,stress response and comfort level of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 10 minutes after operation(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of observation group were lower than those of control group 10 min after operation(P<0.05).The comfort score of observation group was significantly high than that of control group 1 day after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comfort nursing and structural psychological intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can relieve their negative emotions,reduce the body's stress response and improve the comfort level.
