综合护理干预在腹腔镜下输卵管切除术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜下输卵管切除术中的应用效果。方法选取120例行腹腔镜下输卵管切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加综合护理干预。比较两组患者的术后疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后6h、12h、24 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.0%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为20.0%,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效减轻腹腔镜下输卵管切除术患者的术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,加速术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic salpingectomy.Methods 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic salpingectomy were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative pain scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the observation group at 6 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 5.0%in the observation group and 20.0%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications and accelerate postoperative recovery in patients with laparoscopic salpingectomy.
