妊娠期高血压疾病护理中应用集束化护理的效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在妊娠期高血压疾病护理中的实施效果。方法选取60例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理应用于妊娠期高血压疾病护理中,能够改善妊娠结局,降压和控压效果显著,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy.Methods 60 patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with cluster nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in the nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy can improve the outcome of pregnancy,significantly reduce blood pressure and control blood pressure,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
